HOW YOU EARN AS A REFERRAL​

Our dedicated team is responsible for presenting our management services to the individual you are referring – all we ask is that you make the introduction or pass along their information. Referral bonuses may be earned through anyone you know that owns a home in the Dallas Fort Worth or Austin Metroplex.

We provide the same, if not better, management services as our competitors and often at a lower commission rate. We’re confident in our ability to impress the individual you refer both before and after the contract is signed!

For referrals that result in a signed contract, Restoration 43 will offer bonuses according to the following tiered structure by category (look for the category that you fall into):

Restoration 43 Clients**

• 1-5 REFERRAL PER YEAR:

  • 1st Referral, 2% off 1 month of consulting fee

  • 2nd Referral, 3% off 1 month of consulting fee

  • 3rd Referral, 4% off 1 month of consulting fee

  • 4th Referral, 5% off 1 month of consulting fee

  • 5th Referral, 6% off 1 month of consulting fee

• 6+ REFERRALS PER YEAR: Special Offer!! Contact us for more details

Everyone Else (Individuals who fall outside of the previous 2 categories)**

• 1-3 REFERRALS PER YEAR: $200 each

• 4+ REFERRALS PER YEAR: $300 each

 

 

 

**All Individuals you refer and they sign a contract will receive 2% off commission fees for their second month of working with Restoration 43.

For reference, you cannot refer yourself but if you mention this page before our first contact we will give you 2% off of the consulting fee for the second month of working with us. This is only for a limited time.
